Amazing service! I had gotten a flat while I was out and about and started freaking out not knowing what to do, after a few calls to my insurance with no help, I called les schwab. About 5 mins later they had sent some one out to me to put air in my tire and I followed the guy back and they found a nail in my tire and took it out and patched it up for me with in 30 minutes, FREE of charge! Thanks to the amazing team and being able to help me in a stressful situation. 10 out of 10!
I have been in twice for a flat tire. The first time i was expecting honestly to be turned away, I arrived 3 minutes before closing not realizing what time it was when I arrived. They fixed my tire immediately and got me safely back on the road again. Today I showed up and they were super busy and within 8 minutes walking through the door they had my car driving into the bay and had me on the road again in no time! After your Bremerton location dropping the ball, the Port Orchard location got me fixed up! You guys are the real MVP!
They got me in right away, figured out the problem with my car and offered options to solve it. I was in and out in about one hour.
