Very inaccurate about their estimated services times. Apparently "an hour and half" means whenever we get to it.
I am beyond PISSED at this location. I stopped in this afternoon and they were swamped, so I left my car and phone number. I got a message they were done. Yes, I thought they closed at 6, my mistake. I tried to call at 5:15, got no answer. I asked if he wanted a credit card, it was for a tire patch!!! MY CAR IS NOW TRAPPED UNTIL MONDAY AT 8AM! They couldn't let me know that??? I have things I need in it, including important paperwork I need tomorrow. No call to alert me??? I can not believe this. I WILL NEVER USE LES SCHWAB ... read more
I got a flat leaving work and had to wait on a tow truck. Needless to say it took a while. I called and Pablo said he could stay open a little late but not much. I was later than expected but Pablo stayed open and fixed the tire himself. I am so grateful for his willingness to help and gracious attitude.
This location is completely crew dependent. Sometimes, I get extremely knowledgeable, great people, other times I get people who drive my car aggressively when they think I'm not watching, and do not properly complete the work they are supposed to for your $800 service. Luckily I'm with the good people today as they fix the mistakes of the bad.
Thank you Pablo Meza for the amazing customer service! I got 4 brand new tires at the best price in town, along with five star customer service! I will recommend your store to all my friends and family! I hardly recognize my car now that there's tread on my tires :-)
