RecommendedThank you, Les Schwab Tire Center! On my way to a big work meeting, and BAM, my girl's lights come on. I looked for the closest tire shop, and Les Schwab took my car into the shop with in minutes to recover a satanic screw in my tire. I tried to tip this gentleman, but he refused to take it, so now I will shout from Facebook how awesome they are!
I recently drive over a spike strip left out in NE Portland. All 4 tires were popped. I got a tow to your guys location around 6:30 am and decided to wait in my car until you opened. One of your managers came out and took my info an hour before you opened so I could take off. I had gotten my tires replaced during the winter, but unfortunately all 4 tires were behind repair. Always have a positive experience here. I cherish the lack of bullshit. I understand how cars work and they explain what's going on well to me, so I can make an informed decision. If you don't know how cars work they will explain the situation so you learn through it.

Well I'm a recent new Les Schwab customer... I thought I'd give them a try because of their good reputation. I had a bit of a recent dispute over them not initially wanting to honor a tread-warranty... But the manager of the store (and the corporate office) completely stepped in and fixed the problem ---and I can now be a witness that the company IS what they advertise to be.... EXCELLENT !!
