I had a very bad experience with les schwab today. When they put on tires about a year ago they totally stripped the studs on one wheel. A few days ago I went to Costco to get a new set of tires and they said they'd never seen anything like it. I had to have to have the car trucked to a mechanic to have it fixed. The management at les schwab refused to take responsibility. It was very frustrating and there's no way to appeal to to any higher authority. They damaged my car and I had to pay to fix it. They've lost a customer.
The team at Les Schwab in Provo saved us after a tire blowout on the highway. They came to us on the side of the road, helped us get our spare on. Then helped us get new tires. This happened at 5 pm. So all their employees stayed late to help get us back on the road. We are so grateful. A special thanks to Levi and Ezra�
Great customer service, and very friendly employees, but I payed out the ass to get my trucks rear main seal fixed, brought it home and it was STILL broken!! By far the WORST place to get a deisel fixed! I would not recomend this shop to anyone!!!
Best place to buy tires! They are very honest company. Go here first and you won't be sorry.
Wonderful service! I was in and out in 15 min for a flat tire. Very affordable and highly recommend.
