These guys went above and beyond today. I. disabled and when I went out to my Blazer, I found a flat tire. After a friend changed the tire cor me , I hurried down to my local Les Schwab's store. Customer service and fast service
Had a balance issue with my rear motorhome tires and stopped in while passing thru town. John the manager was very helpful and got his guy Levi working on it right away. I was expecting to have to replace at least 1 tire but Levi said that it wasn't necessary after road force balancing them as it just looked like the tires weren't balanced properly previously. They had us out of there within an hour or so and we were on our way with a much smoother riding motorhome. Thanks guys!!
I've been going to Les Schwab since the one in Provo Utah opened. There is no other place I trust with my vehicles for tires and brakes. The staff has always been helpful and have listened to assess my needs.
They did such a great job lifting my husbands truck. They stayed super late just to get it done so I could surprise my husband. I will always do business with Les Schwab. They are always willing to go above and beyond. They are truely concerned with your happiness. They have the best customer service from new tires to a simple flat fix. I am impressed. Thank you for making my experience an excellent one....again and again!
Les Schwab in Provo. We were in and out a little over 30 minutes had to replace all 4 5th wheel tires thankful we were in the right place and time as this is largest store in country and had tires in stock. Thank you Les Schwab for a great experience.
