Went in for a leveling kit, rims and tires for my 2014 F150. As soon as I parked, Matt was there to help. He walked me through everything, helped pic rims, talked about the difference between adjustable struts and the puck and walked me through tires. 5 days later I came back and they knocked it all out in 2 hours. My truck looks great and I couldn't be happier. Had me come back a week later just to make sure everything was sitting right, tight and to be safe did an alignment check. Charged me nothing. Standing around for 7 minutes waiting to be noticed and helped. Went in with a nail in my tire and turns out I would of had to wait an hour for a fix on 1 tire.
Had a screw in my tire hoping I could get it repaired. Turns out it wasn't repairable but pleasantly surprised my tires were under warranty from my purchase 6 months prior. Brand new tire replacement AND tire rotation at no cost. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
Great service!! I dreaded going in with my 3 kids but they delivered a quick repair!!
Been here twice already and treated like I'm not there. No customer service at all even when I am standing next to employees. Was trying to get tires for my truck but since no service I will go elsewhere.
