First they don't cover the warranty on my tires I bought last year even though I got less than half of the miles they were rated for because they said I didnt bring it in to check the alignment often enough, now they said I need a camber kit for the rear to cover the warranty for the new set of tires, they scheduled the appt for 8am this morning, I drop off my car and return 2 hours later to find out they never ordered the part and a manager just left to go pick it up so I have to wait longer for it to be done. very disappoi... read more
My air pressure light came on this morning. I thought it might be because of the drop in temperature overnight, but wanted to make sure. A friendly employee greeted me, checked and found all four tires below recommend tire pressure. Filled them up at no charge and I was back on my way within 10 minutes. Great job, thank you Les Schwann!!!👍
My new place to go for tires. They were so wonderful
I went into your store today and i wanted to purchase a set of 22' tires for my Cadillac. i stood in your waiting room for about 5 mins and no one even acknowledged i was standing there. 2 gentlemen looked at me but didn't say anything. I will let everyone else know about my experience there.
