While I didn’t have anything repaired today, the technician Ricardo was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped explain what was going on. I appreciated his expertise.
I was able to get a same day appointment. I found a discount coupon online. The technician arrived within the time frame He was amazing. I learned all about the mechanics of the dryer, what had broken, and what would be replaced. He videotaped the gas firing up and I found the whole thing very informative. He even vacuumed the inside of my dryer. I don’t think I’ve ever been as satisfied with an appliance repair person. He deserves a raise.
The office personnel were pleasant and professional to deal with. Ricardo the tech came out when the said he would and did good work. He was persistent in and resourceful in dealing with problems that came up, notably a bearing frozen onto its axle with the axle itself nearly inaccessible. They would be the first people I'd contact in the future. Great job, guys!
