After having a great experience with a dishwasher service, I returned to Lerman Appliances to repair a leaking Sub-Zero refrigerator. Again, they were extremely quick to respond and schedule - excellent, professional and punctual service for a very fair price. Nikita clearly communicated throughout the process and we have a fully restored refrigerator.
Recently my washer started leaking and I contacted Lerman appliances. I was worried that repairs might take a long time and be expensive, but my fears were unfounded. Technician arrived on time. He quickly identified the source of the leak and replaced the damaged hose. Also checked all connections to make sure there won't be any more problems and gave useful tips on caring for the washer and preventing similar situations in the future. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I was very concerned as it was full of food. I called Lerman Appliances and they quickly scheduled me for a convenient time. The technician arrived right on time, was polite and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was carried out efficiently and in the shortest possible time, everything was explained and a guarantee was provided for the work. Now my refrigerator works like new! I recommend it. Rip off artists. They are charging me $80 for a restocking fee for a part that we don't need. I was NEVER made aware that I would be liable for a restocking fee. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
