Hey, made me feel like everything I provided allowed them to get to work, and afterward, I did not wonder after that if they were sincere, I just sat back and waited for my complaint draft for my review, with confidence and excitement.
I called Lepera+Associates yesterday and the main partner (Mr. Joseph Lepera) very graciously answered the phone. He clarified a case regarding an unlawful detainer; as the landlord he advised me to pursue a small claims for payment by the tenant as opposed to waiting for the judge to approve the money judgement. The Court Clerk issued a possession judgment of the rental unit back to me so I'll just follow up with the Sheriff's Office for eviction of tenant by scheduling a lockout.
