DO NOT RENT WITH LEPARULO! Despite many requests, they refuse to install a ventilation system in the bathroom. This results in continuous mold and mildew growth despite using an open window, dehumidifier, and regular cleaning. The maintenance staff are utterly disrespectful and unhelpful, refusing to offer permanent solutions and complaining about requests to remove the mold professionally.
