Dr. Findlay is awesome. I always except the worst when I have any dental work, he makes it fun, easy & painless. I am the biggest chicken and I have to say that fixing 2 cavities today, was fast, easy & pain-free. Even though my job is moving away from SF, I am going to have to come back to the city just to see Dr. Findlay for my dental work. And Veronica & Dee are always great.
I don't think I've ever had a dentist appointment quite like that. From the very moment I called to be a new patient, I was impressed that they email you all the forms ahead of time and give you the option of emailing them back so you don't have to sit at the office for half an hour filling them out. I was an hour late because I thought my appointment was on a different day, but the receptionist actually brushed aside my apologies instead of scowling at me! Also, I had no wait time. Every visit to Dr. Findlay's clinic is a great experience. The staffs are very friendly. And they give the best service.
I love coming to the dentist now. My dentist remembers me when I walk in and he is honest with me about what is happening without making me feel bad about what I might have been able to do to prevent my situation.
