Very unorganized and rarely ever return calls. I will never work with these people again.
They came out and diagnosed the problem .we had no further contact from the company. My wife called and then I called. They were sent out thru home warranty company. Very unprofessional, I never saw a business not want to come back and make the repair. I have since dropped the home warranty company and Leonard's. Take my advice look else where.
My kids have been suffering for weeks in the heat with missed appointments by Bass AC. We heard about Leonard 's HVAC from a friend who uses them. They are fantastic, quick, reliable, and financially reasonable. I had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and they confirmed it and fixed it. They have my future business. Thanks yall.
