The customer service is Horrible the tech was nice but the person in the office lies about simple things this company needs to get it together or close
They don’t return calls so if you can avoid using them, I most definitely would.
DO NOT HIRE this company. And if you have a home warranrt through HWA or any other company and they tell you they are sending out Leonards. SCREAM NO asap. They show up next day take your service fee and NEVER return. They also lie about what needs done. They said I needed new boits they were rusted through. I had an engineer come and thourghly assess my hime AFTER they were here. Boots were fine. 2 ducts were full of water not just 1. The warranty company wanted a detail cost list to approve the claim. RecommendedLeonard's HVAC installed my nephews system last week out in Raeford and I must say this company has been so courteous and gracious to my family. They really went above and beyond and did my family a HUGE favor. We are so appreciative and we will all now bring all of our hvac business to Leonards. Thank you again and God bless.

Very Good Customer Service
I have the home warranty so this is who we go through and our air conditioner went out last night home warranty said they could not get here until Monday Tuesday Wednesday next week but I called the office this morning and the lady in in the office was very nice very good customer service and they squeezed us in and our air was fixed by 11 am today so thankful because I hsve a father in law on oxygen and ventilator at night
Very unorganized and rarely ever return calls. I will never work with these people again.
They came out and diagnosed the problem .we had no further contact from the company. My wife called and then I called. They were sent out thru home warranty company. Very unprofessional, I never saw a business not want to come back and make the repair. I have since dropped the home warranty company and Leonard's. Take my advice look else where.
