Based on my experience, I can offer no criticism...Jon took great care of me...I had a doubt the trailer and he helped me make measurements and by doing so, sealed the deal...LT&T treated me well! Very pleased!
Just do what your doing
Took trailer home and it had a flat tire and the fender had a big scatch in it.
Nothing you were great
Second time purchasing a trailer from Leonard Truck and Trailer. I am a contractor and recently traded in my 10 year old enclosed cargo trailer, originally purchased there, on a new 2018 model. I was given a very fair price on the trade in and couldn't be happier with the purchase price of the new one. Am also pleased with the quality of the new trailer. All the employees I came in contact with were courteous and helpful. They have a large selection of trailers for various needs. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Fast efficient a pleasure to deal with if the need arises will use again
Even though we bought an inexpensive trailer, we where treated as if we were just as important as the ones buying a real a high doller trailer.
You showed me exactly what I was looking for, and didn't try to push a sale for something I didn't want. Your salesman was courteous and efficient. Your service techs free paired my trailer quickly and were knowledgeable about their job.
Everyone is friendly. Sales staff could have a little better communication with clients. Left me sitting for a few hours in the waiting room without an update until I sent a text and asked.
