One of the employees hit the tailgate of our truck while hooking up the new horse trailer we purchased. They do not allow you back there while they hook up the trailers. We were not aware of the damage until we got home. When notified the next day, they "reviewed the cameras" and denied the damage. Sent an unclear picture of the truck leaving the lot. The service department manager would not talk to me on the phone. Only replied via text. A very unprofessional and dishonest company.

Leonardtrailers.com listed a 2+1 Shadow trailer at $38,629. This trailer appealed to us for the pass-through door from the tack room and the upgraded tire rims. I texted asking if it was available and told them we were in NJ. A salesperson, Justine, informed me that in addition to the advertised price we needed to pay the freight to have it delivered to their lot. He sent me a quote showing $915 for freight. I saw a used 40' cargo trailer online and called about it for details, because I lived 2500+ miles away. I spoke with Dan Bond and asked him about the condition of the trailer, if it had any leaks, or any other issues that I'd need to address. Dan went out and took several additional photos, said that the brakes and bearings were done, tires were good and there was a spare and everything worked. Outstanding service from the folks at Leonard. After extensively researching aluminum trailers, I chose their Black Rhino line. The quality of this trailer is outstanding, far exceeding my expectations. From my initial inquiry through delivery the entire staff was informative, polite and most importantly patient.For a long distance purchase, I was riding on faith. just bought my 1st enclosed car hauler, Zack was awesome, and everyone there was great to work with!! very happy highly recommend to anyone looking for a trailer!!
