Rented from Lenny for almost 4 years. Great landlord. Very transparent about everything. Never had an issue that wasnt fixed within a day or two. You hear so many horror stories about landlords these days, none of those were the case with TexasRealty
I would not recommend Lenny as a landlord. I rented his home at Beard Ave for several years. He attempted to keep most of my deposit when I moved out, with nonspecific, unitemized deductions to perfectly round numbers that clearly were estimates or rounded. In Texas, you must deduct actual expenses and not estimated expenses. I was shocked because I had toured the house with him before move out to make sure that we were on the same page and that there wouldn't be any surprises for either of us.
