From scheduling, reception, physicians, surgical center, and convenient PT services, all locations operate like a well greased machine, as though they were an industrial business with a serious TQM program in place. I had an injection in my knuckle on my right hand. The shot helped overnight. I have had several operations in the past on my hand and elbow. All with good results.
Dr. Najarian was very informative and open to any questions. From scheduling through surgery, the whole experience was efficient and all staff very kind.
