They're great so long as you haven't spent your money yet. Once you pay, they don't care about customer service. Less than one month after buying a $1,000 plus tonneau cover, the rubber weather stripping is coming unglued. I called, they said come in, and we'll look at it. I show up at 1:15 and they refuse to get off their bum and look at it. They declare they haven't had lunch, and are not doing anything until they eat; all three of them.
