DO NOT RIP people off!! You shouldn’t be giving customers misleading information and charging them a $500 holding fee. The car was promised to be clean and detailed and it looked like a 4 year old washed the car. The car had leaking oil (was not mentioned to me until I looked at the vehicle myself), lots of scratches all over the car, it looked like animal got ahold of it.
