Been doing business with Benton Ford for more than 15 years. Always received excellent Customer Service and Care. Recently purchased yet another vehicle from them. Wife and I explained exactly what we were looking for, and what our needs and concerns were. Salesperson, Josh T., was patient and professional. He listened to my wife. U guys suck
Service department is horrible. A lot of mess up's, extremely long waits, and some staff don't look or act professional. I recommend Ford dealership in Murray KY. I did buy a vehicle from Benton KY Ford for 2 reasons. Competitive price and close to home. But because service department is so lacking, I would not give them my business again. I am not sure how or why they have such reviews.
