Me atiendo en León desde hace casi dos años y hasta ahora todo había sido excelente. Al comenzar el año introdujeron una tarjeta MASTERCARD para adquirir los productos OTC pero como consecuencia desapareció la opción de poder ordenarlos desde la App del teléfono. He estado llamando para saber cuando se va a restablecer esa opción en la App y nadie tiene una respuesta concreta. Mi percepción es que no lo asumen como algo importante porque la mayoría de los pacientes de Leon son personas muy mayores que no usan las tecnologías... read more
