My mom was given the go ahead for a hernia repair today May 1st. I flew in from New York last night to help my brother with her. He never got a call from the surgical center to confirm her schedule. In calling last night I found out she was not on the list. They definitely dropped the ball. I am waiting for a call this morning from Leon. I also would like to talk to the main administrator. First time patient, and I am very demanding, and I was so very impressed from the parking lot attendant, to the receiptionists to the doctor's assistant, to the docter herself, including when i made a phone call about the App. I am truly amazed how professional everyone was, I was pleasantely shocked. The doctor and her assistant took their time to thoroughly review everything and meds that I needed. Never have I been treated so well and the throroughness is just amazing. Glad I joined Leon Medical Center.
My wife has been waiting for eyeglasses she ordered for 28 days and they still don't know when they will be ready.
