My name is David Frazier Leon seen me on June 2nd then I called the next day they disenrolled me from Leon with no reason I have never been treated so bad in my life if I was anybody keep this in mind when you enroll with Leon
My mom was given the go ahead for a hernia repair today May 1st. I flew in from New York last night to help my brother with her. He never got a call from the surgical center to confirm her schedule. In calling last night I found out she was not on the list. They definitely dropped the ball. I am waiting for a call this morning from Leon. I also would like to talk to the main administrator.
