Dr Sones is a good doctor, but like others have said, it's really difficult because his memory isn't up to par. I find myself constantly repeating stories I've previously told him, and he gives the same advice repeatedly, thinking we haven't discussed it before. He either needs to take better notes or retire. He's about 95 years old and highly intelligent, but there's a point where you shouldn't be helping people if you can't remember what they're talking about. It really slows down progression.
well intentioned but too old to still be practicing. has memory issues. Dr. Sones could not remember basic things about me after seeing me for over 1 year.
I saw him weekly for years... He has always been phenomenally patient, insightful, and is exceptionally well qualified. As good of a psychiatrist as anyone could ask for.
Simply put, he is the finest doctor I ever went to and I went for years. Without his help, I wouldn’t be functioning.
Dr. Sones helped me enormously. Simply put, he is the best.
Dr. Sones is a very nice man. However, he is way too old to still be practicing. He's very old fashioned and tends to get confused easily. He even laughed at me when I told him about having a certain mental disorder that he'd never heard of. Needs to retire. I have been fighting his bills for the past 2 years with his office, they have a lack of understanding.

If patient had so much trouble with my "office", he should have contacted me directly. Further, what is this "certain mental disorder" that I've never heard of.
