This location has slowly gotten worse over the years. Highly recommend going over to the Bay County location, very sweet staff all around!!
Truly disappointed with the customer service here. Very rude and unprofessional. I came to get a birth certificate. All three employees were sitting at the window and sat there like I was not needing assistance. After 5 minutes I got answered and was given attitude the entire time.
It’s never packed when I come in for my WIC appointments! The nutritionist and the staff are stellar and I love coming here
