Pittsburgh City Councilman Corey O'Connor has relayed that Attorney Daniel Booker of Reed Smith, LLP was the chief architect of the anti-gun proposals enacted by City Council today, because the City of Pittsburgh solicitor advised that the proposals were unlawful and that, as a result, she would not involve herself with them. Maybe, attorneys who not only violate state constitutional and statutory law but also their ethical duty to uphold and defend the Constitution should be disbarred.

Reed Smith LLP partner Daniel Booker apparently authored the document that became the Pittsburgh gun ban law. This law is in constitutional, violating both the PA and US constitutions. Disgraceful for officers of the court to disregard the constitution.

This is the law firm that "is the architect" of the Pittsburgh city council's illegal gun control scheme. This is unconstitutional.
