If you don’t mind living with roaches , then this place is for you . If you don’t mind roaches being in your clothes , your bed , your refrigerator, your oven , your dishwasher you will love it here . I’m so upset I am being forced to live in an infested unit , and I will be getting out of my lease I will NOT be staying here for a year. It’s shelters in better conditions than this . This is a HARD DON’T , DON’T move here ! At ALL ! ! !

I lived at Leo for only a year and I am glad to be moving out. I’ll start with the pros: - Maintenance fixing issues VERY quickly so I appreciate that - The concierge staff are amazing, however there’s lots of turnover which is interesting… - Proximity to metro, wharf, and safeway Cons: - The main leasing manager Daniel who was great left a few months ago, and the manager in her place is so hard to reach. She doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner. - There is lots of loitering going on right outside the apartment, and ... read more

The building, management, and maintenance team has been great. I have lived here since March 2022 and it has been a very pleasant experience. Few, if any, complaints. This summer, a roach infestation came out of nowhere. I have submitted several requests for extermination, but it seems that it is not a priority for management. Spraying a few cabinets and calling it good. If this issue received attention, I would give this building 5 stars.

My fiance was sexually assaulted today outside of the apartment building (1150 4th St SW) by another resident who lives in the building. Staff was informed, they let us know that he lived here. I have submitted a complaint to bernstein management Corp and expect a follow up call.

We absolutely love living at Leo! The staff and management are always attentive and friendly, and the building is kept spotless. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool, which has amazing views of the city. It really feels like a retreat right in the heart of DC. Check out the pics; this place speaks for itself. Highly recommend Leo to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Southwest DC!
