Dr. Lenz is very impersonal, and doesn't seem to care about her patients wellbeing. It's very hard to reach her by phone, and she will not talk to you like most doctors will. She will only text you two days later to tell you that she's unavailable....so if your having a crisis, forget about it, this lady will not be moved. She is only concerned if she will make money off of your insurance, and receiving a $75 late fee if you cancel an appointment .....which by the way will leave you stressed out and anxious because it hard t... read more
