To start, I am heavily allergic to the sales "game", so buying a used vehicle ranks near the top of my least favorite things list. With that said, Richard, my sales person (and sales manager) was outstanding. Respectful, no sales garbage and respectful of me and my time. Dave in finance was also terrific. Believe me, I'm not used to feeling good about a vehicle purchase, but good experiences deserve to be relayed. I'll be back for my next purchase.
