When it came time to pay we were told that if we used our credit card we would be charged and extra $146. This is unacceptable, if we have problems with our septic in the future we will go somewhere else
I had Jarred and one of his guys come out bc there was a issue with my septic float switch they were 2 of the friendliest, professional and knowledgeable guys we have met. The determined the problem and did exactly what needed to be done to get it working properly. Just an Amazing company. The company we had been using acted like they didn't know what to do to fix it or would say "it's 5 o'clock I can't do it today I have to go to the house " but Lentz was to the rescue and I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone... read more
Thanks to Lentz for our routine pump-out this morning. The two workers were on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable (husband likes to ask lots of questions). We would recommend them and will use them again in 3-5 years.

Just had Danny and Jonathan pump my septic tank. They were both very friendly and informative and due to the time they took with me - I feel a lot better about my septic system and how to care for it. I will definitely be calling Lentz for all my Septic tank needs. And the price ended up $75 cheaper than I was expecting!

They are very good.. Dan came and emptied the tank and was really nice and explained the way my system worked. Unfortunately for me it wasn't working properly and needed the pump replaced. Jarod and Mark came and checked it and came back and replaced it. They did a great job and I even got a smile or two out of Jarod while he was here. I will recommend them to anyone.
