I would NOT recommend Lentz Septic to anyone. Jason Trivette was very rude and unprofessional which was our first concern. After getting a second opinion on findings and recommended work needed to be done, it’s more of an Integrity concern.

We read up and their reviews were great but after using I would not recommend. The woman on the phone was very friendly and the two men that showed up were fine. They drove their truck off my driveway and cracked it in several places. I called to inquire and was asked to send pictures and the owner would call me back. Ten days past and no contact. When I called back I was told that it is common and happens, sorry. I asked if it is common why would they continue to drive on and in this case off the side of driveways instead o... read more
