Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I look forward to booking an appointment with her again. Got my frames so quick and contact lenses got delivered in under two days!

I've been with The Optical Co (Formerly LensPro when they were at Westfield Garden City) for years and they have always treated me with respect and have great customer service. They're one of the best opticians in the area that still offer the Government Subsidised glasses. They have supported me and my various needs throughout the years and I look forward to continue seeing the team in their new location.

I had my eye check and prescription glasses here. The staff are very warm and accommodating. They make sure I was checked properly and given many choices as well. It was a pleasant experience over all and I am very happy with the service.
