Customer service was top notch, they go the distance on inoculation of the eye wear, prices, deals, how long it will take to get the glasses, warranty. No hidden fees or details!! So happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend!
My recent purchase started out all right but turned into a frustrating and costly experience. The customer service was average at best and turned hostile. After making and re-making my glasses a number of times, assuring me that my satisfaction was important, I ended up with an $850 pair of readers... Won't be returning here.
Our sons glasses met an untimely death.... On a long weekend. Our regular optometrist was closed for three more days and usually have a lead time of 5-10 business days for glasses. I was really worried we would be waiting weeks for new glasses when I found Lensmakers was open at the mall. I saw a review saying they were helpful in an emergency.
