Still waiting for their Manager Nathan to call me to reschedule the appointment as their doc had to fallen sick. It's been a week. Dismal customer service!
Customer service was reprehensible. 1. None of the staff could answer simple questions, such as, "How much for an eye exam?" Answer: "I THINK $XX, but I don't know." Then a giggle. 2. Unacceptable that I, the customer, had to do any work in retrieving a price quote for the frames and lenses I wanted. The employee was completely lost, and turned her computer screen to me so I could figure things out. What? 3. Pretty lousy frames selection.
