Prician was kind, patient, and helped make my experience at Macy’s LensCrafters a great one! He was very pleasant! I will definitely be recommending family and friends to go and shop for their glasses there.
Shopping for a pair of non prescription sunglasses. After having no luck at Costco and overpriced ones at my eye office I happened upon LensCrafters in Macy's. I had an excellent experience at Macy’s LensCrafters with Marvin and Prician. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best pair of glasses. Marvin took the time to understand my needs, asked thoughtful questions, and offered clear, patient guidance on frame style, lens options, and coatings. Prician did a fantastic job explaining the different lens technologies and helping me compare pricing and insurance coverage. Thank you Both.

I want to thank Ashlee and her team member Who helped on Saturday 12/20/25 at 2:50 pm they both helped in finding my order. My original pick up order was at the Lenscrafter store in the mall, but they sent me to the Macy’s location in case it was in that area. They was wrong it was there they just didn’t look right thanks to Ashlee was able to track my order where it was located and helped me way better than the actual store in the mall.
