I only come to the LensCrafters at Northridge Mall for all of my optical needs because I know I’ll always receive outstanding service. The staff here is consistently knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the best options for my vision and eyewear. Ali today even replaced the tiny nose pieces on my prescription RAY-BAN sunglasses at no charge, which I truly appreciated. I brought my daughters glasses in and estefani and Reese helped me and took us in right away. They fixed my daughter glasses and were very fast and kind .
Went into LensCrafters to have my glasses fixed. This was my first time visiting. Not only did they repair them right there on the spot (I didn't have to leave them), they did it in under 5 minutes while I waited comfortably! Sara was incredibly professional, super friendly, and insanely fast. And she gave me a free eyeglass case! Would highly recommend!
