This has been an absolutely horrible experience. The exam was fine, and Lauren was helpful when I picked my frame. The everything went downhill from there. The glasses have been on order for over six weeks! I called to check the status two weeks after ordering them (since they were supposed to be in by then) and I was told "they should be in any day". Two weeks later, same rhetoric and promises to call with any changes. Nothing! Customer service 800 number told me they would be in on January 21st. They weren't. No phone call... read more
Honestly this is the best LensCrafters I've ever worked with! Everyone at this location is so kind, helpful and accommodating! Thanks you guys for always going above and beyond!
They didn't mention before the eye exam that I had a copay for a procedure that I did not need or ask for. Go elsewhere
