I called about a slight eye emergency and Tawana (sp?) answered the phone. She directed me to another LensCrafters (dimond) office. Unfortunately, the person who answered (Kathy) made me feel so uncomfortable that I did not feel safe putting my care in their hands. Tawana answered my questions. She was patient, supportive and ensured I understood everything before letting me off the phone. I was able to make a better decision about my situation, and feel confident in their care for patients health.
Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Great people.
Have mix experience past 2 years, last year good experience 5 star, this year 1 star, had to cancel order because wasn't correct frame, was trying to order the Meta HSTN , kept talking about it, ordered the None Meta , didn't notice until I got home, I guess Alaska Lenscrafters don't carry the Meta, only online
Magan and Marjory are fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. We needed assistance with our insurance, and they made the process so easy and stress free. Highly recommend.
