Update February 25TH/2026: A warning for anyone who is promised that their glasses will be ready in 10-14 days, especially if Honolulu is your part time residence and/or are on holiday. I don’t need excuses, I don’t need $50 off, I need glasses to see and I shouldn’t receive a text that they are ready to pick up, make the drive there, only to be told to that they are not ready. I walked into the Ala Moana Center LensCrafters store and was helped by Christian. I came to pick up my glasses that needed repair and he had a great and positive customer service attitude! Although I didn't purchase anything this time, he answered some questions I had, and he was very informative! I would recommend seeing him if you need assistance while visiting the store.
