Excellent service, had stop in for a quick repair for my glasses the staff was helpful and did a great job
Alexa was amazing. I went in unsure of what I wanted and left feeling confident in what I got. She was patient and listened to what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. If you are thinking about a new pair of glasses, be sure to ask for Alexa to get the best experience like I did!
I had a great experience with Sophia yesterday. First, she adjusted 4 pairs of glasses for me, only 1 of which was purchased at LensCrafters! Then she helped me pick out a new pair of frames. She has a good sense of style and was very friendly, not pushy at all. I’ll be back!
I had just bought new sunglasses from WP from home and was vacationing in Oahu. I’ve been expressing to my husband how the sunglasses kept slipping forward and not sitting on my head/ears well. While we were at the Ala Moana mall I decided to stop by LensCrafters since it’s a reputable place and my husband didn’t understand my complaint. Christian showed such kindness and knowledge by adjusting it and providing this clear rubber nose bridge placements in case it didn’t work later. Appreciate his kindness and helpfulness!
Jo is amazing!!
