I went into LensCrafters with bent sunglasses and left with a perfect fix! Gill’s keen eye for detail really did the trick. They took the time to carefully adjust them, and now they fit and look great again. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!
My experience shopping at LensCrafters was excellent. I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses at the Eaton Centre store but wasn’t happy with the frame or lens colour. The store staff were more than happy to reorder a different frame and lenses for me. The reorder took some time and arrived on the day I flew to BC. The Eaton Centre staff arranged to have the sunglasses sent to the LensCrafters store in Victoria, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. It’s amazing to come here every time, they always have new stuff for you to look for. Shout out to Rachel and the staff helping me custom my new frame to Sapphire transition.The order came in 7days and the process of switching the lenses was less than 1 hour. I highly recommend this place for sunglasses lovers
