Oct 25 I paid 473$ for a pair of glasses, now that might not seem like much but I am on disability. So part of the costs should have been covered as they were with my GF who we share a disability file together, so the same coverage would apply as has always been the case over the years. However the rep entered the info wrong so it showed I was not covered due to another coverage (turns out this wasn't the case but a default message that was confirmed by my coverage provider). My husband and I both recently purchased eyeglasses at LenseCrafters (Mayfair, Victoria). Jenna was very knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us find exactly what we wanted very efficiently and made the whole experience fun! Update 2025: On this, our second visit two years later, we again received excellent service. Madhav was very courteous and, although it was very busy in the store, he did not rush our interaction. My wife and I were both impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail.

I recently purchased an eye glasses and sun glasses from Madhav. Madhav was very knowledgeable about the different glasses. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance covered options. I would recommend Madhav.
