I think this is one of the best eye glass places around. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The young man that helped me knew I needed honesty and help as to how the glasses looked on me and he was so kind and honest with me and I totally appreciate that. I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters thanks to Joe! He was incredibly helpful and professional. My glasses had become loose, and Joe took the time to carefully tighten and adjust them perfectly. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything fit just right before I left. It’s rare to find someone who provides such great service with a smile. Thank you, Joe!

Dr. Tuchowski was fantastic. She took her time and was thorough, and I ended up with much better-fitting contacts than I had before. Very personable and helpful. I didn't give LensCrafters a five because the explanation of insurance benefits at the front desk was unclear to me.
