This was my first time shopping at LensCrafters in Oakville Place and I had an amazing experience especially with the help of Ramlah! I came in looking for a new pair of sunglasses and Ramlah immediately created a welcoming environment and helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. She was a very knowledgeable staff and answered any questions I had about different products with ease. Safe to say I walked out the store with a huge smile on my face! Thank you Ramlah :)
Karen was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of lenses, as well as assist us in dealing with the insurance companies.
Aliya at LensCrafters was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond to help with the issue I had with my glass frame. Great after purchase experience:)
We selected a pair of glasses and the lady working at the store first told us that she can provide prescription glasses after checking the details I provided. She took the insurance details and all other personal information only to later inform us that it’s not possible for us to get prescription lens for the glasses we picked out. Purchased from Sunglass hut multiple times, for a sister company this place was disappointing.
