Very helpful associate as I needed replacement nose pads for my Oakley prescription glasses that I purchased in Scarborough. It was done quickly and I was provided with an extra pair just in case. Saved me a drive to Scarborough. Thank you.

Great Experience at LensCrafters – Karen Was Amazing I went into LensCrafters to get a new pair of glasses adjusted. The fit was totally off and they were pretty tricky to work with. Karen took the time to really dial them in. She was super patient, professional, and clearly experienced. Even though it wasn’t an easy fix, she went above and beyond to make sure they fit perfectly by the end. Now they feel great and actually stay in place. Really impressed with her service.
