Terrible management. There is no way to escalate issues to customer service here. Beware of LensCrafters. We will never return after they insulted us without providing any solutions for ignoring our requests and misleading us. They placed the blame on us for their own mistakes. I had had multiple issues with some frames that I purchased for my son and during every visit to the store to have them re-adjusted and looked at, the staff could not have been more than helpful and at all times going way above expectations to make sure that we were happy customers.
