Aliya was incredibly helpful and patient while I was searching for new frames!
I went to LensCrafters to see if they could switch out the lenses of my sunglasses. Pavneet graciously switched them out at no charge! Thank you for the wonderful service!
The customer service at this store was great. Karen helped me with moving the lenses from my current glasses (broken frame) to a new (identical) frame. She did a fantastic job and I was not charged a penny! I told her I will return to their store when it's time for a new pair of glasses :-) Full disclosure - I did not purchase my previous glasses or the new frame from LensCrafters.
