staff who helped me on the frame selection and sales process were above incredible. So knowledgeable , and we're able to facilitate every request , including similar matching of frames , etc in just a moments. I really hate shopping for glasses but the lens Crafter staff made it so easy for me. 12/10
Terrible customer service at this location. My wife was lied to regarding glasses and the warranty. Will NEVER shop here again!! BUYER BEWARE!
