I had the worst customer service experience with Elena. I bought both sunglasses and regular glasses, and I clearly told her I wanted insurance for the sunglasses. However, without my consent or any explanation, she put the insurance on the regular glasses instead (she did not tell me until when I tried to claim a replacement for the sunglasses months later).
