I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from this company several weeks ago. Initially, I received an email requesting a full copy of my eye doctors prescription, so I sent that. The prescription was approved the next day, and then I waited two weeks for an update/order shipped email. Ordered glasses on July 14th and get email on the 15th my prescription is confirmed and my glasses are being prepared. I email customer service July 30th with no reply. August 3rd I contact chat and they tell me 2 to 8 business days and sometimes delays for quality. After I ask her to check again because it has been much longer, she tells me they are back ordered and dont know when will be restocked. I asked why I never got an email update and she disconnected. Extremely poor customer service. Forced to pick a pair of glasses that were not the same that I had returned to them for warranty. They would not refund or send my original pair back... will never buy a pair of *****glasses again
I purchased a set of prescription glasses online and got them after 2 weeks even with the next day delivery option, I know they take their time to meme it but they advertise 5 to 7 days for it, so when I finally get them they were made incorrectly the lenses were o. This company does not honor your prescription I needed progressive lens, paid for glare protection and paid 14.99 for 1 to 2 day shipping and did not get any of it. I can not read or do anything with these glasses.
Fraudulent company. Has a return policy on the website but does not return money to customers after the 15th day. Money is still owed to me. 11 days past due and counting...
This website falsely advertises. They say they take certain insurances but don't.
so rayban is a complete joke. i order glasses , a week later delayed to low stock. they said they were in stock. 3.5 hours on chat , told they are cancelling first order so i can order a set they have in stock. also gave me a discount code. so i order the in stock pair . then i get the first pair. now getting the second pair which they charged me full price for. another lengthy chat, they claim i never cancelled first. where did i get the discount code from then? so in the end i will get shafted with a second pair i don't ne... read more
