Worst transaction ever! Paid 200$, then they asked for more due to issues from the 1st purchase. I paid 120$ extra and 3 days later, they emailed and called saying the lenses are not available and I had to do something else or call my doctor for a new Rx. I asked for a refund 5 days ago of 325$ and of course I am still waiting for the money. DO NOT GET YOUR CONTACTS FROM THIS POORLY RUN BUSINESS.

Luxottica is by far the worst company I have ever come across when it comes to customer service. I purchased the wrong-sized replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. I returned them and waited for the credit back to my credit card. It never came. I contacted their email and finally received a response that they would credit me in 2-3 days. They didn't and then had the nerve to recharge me again for the lenses that I had now returned. I have been double-charged now and still no one returns emails and there are no humans ... read more

I called Lenscrafters @2 p.m. on September 28th because I checked the prices of the frames with prescription lenses and the cost (without using insurance) was 580.01. The price of the very same lenses and frames (with insurance) was priced at $796.02. Using the insurance option, Lenscrafters said I was getting a "Discount" of $255.55. When I called, I spoke with an agent named Andrew. He had to reach out to his supervisor to find out why the cost of the frames and lenses was $216.01 HIGHER when USING my insurance. The "reaso... read more

Website claims full guarantee. Trying to do a return. Getting no response from company. Telephone number just gives a recorded message. Getting error message when trying to email.

They took my money quickly, made glasses wrong, I returned, and so far I’m waiting over a month for my refund. They probably make money off my money. Crooks! No one should do business with them.

Good lenses, yet horrible horrible service. Bought two pairs in April, one pair was too small. Tried return with online links, yet the company kept sending me replacements instead of refund. I selected 'REFUND" every time, but in the email confirmation it changed to replacement. Tried to contact customer service, but the email team only replied with the generic use the online link for return and never get through the ridiculously long phone waiting line. Tried to publish a review on the website, but received an email two day... read more

They used the wrong prescription with my daughter’s insurance benefits and are now refusing to rectify THEIR mistake. My only recourse according to Angel D. is to return them and reorder. Mind you, returning is on my own dime, returns take ten plus business days to process, and her benefits are held in limbo until glasses.com gets everything done on their end. I wish I had looked at their reviews before placing an order with this horrible company. They literally used insurance benefits belongings to one person to create glas... read more

So I ordered prescription glasses directly from the RayBan website less than 2 years ago.Just 3 weeks ago, the arms came off of the frames. So I made a claim under their warranty that covers defects within 2 years of purchase. I took several pictures, and sent them what they needed to appraise the damage to deem the claim suitable to fix under their warranty. I just received my frames in the mail today after about 2 weeks. I originally requested a service be done to my frames covered under the Ray-Ban warranty. The service r... read more

Please do not order online. They promise no worries, they have free returns. So when you return the product they don't refund your money. I have been trying for three months to get my money back on a pair of returned sunglasses. They responded to me twice, stating that they were going to expedite this and they would email me when to expect my refund. Now I am just being ignored. I am shocked as I thought this was a reputable company.
