I've had two experiences with Ray-ban that have been less than satisfactory. The first, and most significant was when I ordered a pair of custom glasses which came unfinished, they were rough and felt cheap. I returned them and had to fight hard for compensation, in the form of a discount on my next order. My next order was recently and featured customer service giving misinformation prior to ordering because I wanted a different case for the glasses. I was originally told I could not customize the order if it was not custom... read more

Ordered an Oakley Jawbreaker lens. They sent me a Flight Jacket lens. Every communication attempt I had with company, explaining that they sent the wrong lens, and I wanted to send the Flight Jacket one back, to get the Jawbreaker one, seemed to fall on deaf ears. They explained to me that any warranty claim could not be done, then that the lenses are made for different frames, and finally agreed to have me ship it back for a refund. They had no clue they sent the wrong lens style. Please avoid using this company.

My husband and I have been coming to this Lenscrafters for over 8 years, mainly for our annual eye exams with Dr. Steve M*********, who is one of the best Optometrists we've seen over the years. We have purchased thousands of dollars worth of glasses at this store. First, Lenscrafters could not get their act together enough to display some type of professionalism with re-scheduling our appointments, no return phone calls, the online appointment booking system failed and after numerous voicemail messages and calls, I finally ... read more

I ordered vision glasses in an Oakley frame from Glasses.com in Jan 2021. The assembly quality was awful, only the bottom of the lenses was in the frame, the top was sticking out entirely. When I was wiping lenses they were moving and falling out of the frame. I contacted the customer service by chat and they accepted return without apologizing. I sent the glasses back and waited a month for a refund then chatted again asking for the refund status. Again, with no apology, I was told that I would get a refund in 24 hours. A w... read more

I wanted a refund and followed their return policy to the letter. Its been almost a year now and nothing, I called several times and they just keep typing on their screens and apologizing but never do I ever receive a refund. Do not waste you hard earned money find a better company to give your money to.

I'm trying to process a ray ban return I click the link to get a return label and it just refreshes back to the same page with no label. Customer service says you can call them for 1 but there's no way to get through to them it's all recording. I'm going to try the line for the deaf on Monday. Plus I've sent them 3 or 4 website now in a week without one response. Guess I'll have to sell my too small ready bans online to get any money back out of them. I'm pretty angry about it because they plaster free returns on ray-ban.com... read more

I ordered a replacement pair of lenses for my RayBan sunglasses. When they arrived, they were the wrong lenses. I contacted customer support and they emailed a return shipping label to me and gave me a refund when they received them. They told me to reorder the lenses, which I did. I AGAIN received the wrong lenses! I again contacted customer support again and they again emailed another return label. I shipped the second incorrect pair back but they refuse to refund my money, saying they already gave me a refund. They are re... read more

The Dr office in this business is crooked and unethical. NO pricing is posted. NOTHING is disclosed until its time to pay. My spouse and I expected to pay $40.00 each for the exam with our insurance. Ended up paying $107 EACH. This WILL be disputed. nothing was signed agreeing to any charges. DO NOT go to this doctor, they are CROOKS!!
