RecommendedRochester store just goes above & beyond for their patients. They just helped me get new glasses for my mom -without her! She’s not getting around well.
Emily the Lens Coordinator was a pleasure to work with. Emily is very patient and so helpful in picking out frames.
I had a great experience here. I was in and out in less than an hour even when they were busy. They have a lab and can get your glasses done in an hour. The thing that really made it memorable though was when JoAnn bought our recently blind puppy a toy (he had a fungal infection which caused him to go blind). I want to thank everyone at this location for the great service, but I will tell you the reason I will always remember my visit was because of the nice gesture. Thanks guys and great job!
This was my first visit with LensCrafters. My 5 star review pertains to my experience during my exam and with customer service. Excellent, I say, Excellent! I actually had fun while choosing my frames and chuckles with the Dr. and his staff. I had a lot of questions and concerns and was a little worried I was being too needy. Today my wife and volunteers experienced the act of kindness from strangers. And, they happen to be Lens Crafters on Rochester and Auburn Rd, MI They covered the cost of eye glasses and eye exam for a 4 year old boy Syrian immigrant, and brightened up his world. He will look cool in his green frames. The mother cried and so did the volenteers that drove the kid and mother to Lens Crafters. They touched our hearts. Thank you ! Big mistake getting my glasses there 2 years ago!!! In 5 visits they were never able to adjust my glasses properly. The finish started wearing off after 1 year, and now after 2 years they have become useless, because the lenses are cloudy due to the lens protection film wearing off!!! I was told by an employee this was normal, SERIOUSLY?????
