I’ve never been so disappointed in a company as I am with Lens crafters. It’s obvious we are going through a pandemic but I ordered my glasses from the store in March and the day they closed is PAST the expected date to get my simple prescription. I have emailed headquarters multiple times and just continue to get the run around. I have received two emails to fill out surveys to confirm the address. By going out of business. I have never seen a business that would not answer the phone or try to settle a problem like this one.
I had been a satisfied lenscrafters customer for 8 years. That certainly came to a screeching halt at this store. My glasses were not ready on time, in fact, it took about a month. When I checked on them, it took 2 days and several calls to find out where they really were. I was promised to be kept updated, with no updates...When they finally arrived a month after they were ordered, the wrong lens was ordered. They don't answer the phone or post their holiday hours. Why not have a recording state their holiday hours on the phone? SO DARN FRUSTRATING!!
