I loved seeing Dr. Dillard again. This place has some nice glasses to choose from and the staff is great. I highly recommed Lens Crafters.
The staff was quick and efficient! They kept me well informed and you could tell they were well trained. The doctor was sweet and had a great sense of humor. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. I felt welcomed and I knew that if I had any questions they would be able to help me to the fullest extent!!
I do recommend everybody to go to LensCrafters.. whoever Evan at this location acted like he did want to help me . I was told from customer service that I come in any location to get a receipt from the past .. but even was so pushy and rude .
Ew, don't go there! Firstly, they overlooked me, and I waited an hour while other appointments went ahead of me. When I complained, there was no apology. Also, during the hour wait, I went to the restroom in the employees' restroom, and it was not clean. The roof was leaking in the main room, and I could see evidence of other leaks in the exam room. The only reason I'm not giving it one star is that the doctor was nice.
Dr Nelma and his staff was awesome. Also Ryne was very efficient with my eye glass order. Thank you!

Rediculious pricing on frames, uncooperative doctors office staff, basically a meat grinder that is all about the profit. I'll take walmart or sams anyday...at least they have better sense than to charge $500 fir a set of frames!
