YOU GUYS GET ZERO STARTS. Run far and as fast as you can from this location. I have a pair of prescription Oakleys with Transitions Lenses (total about $650) that I had ordered at the Lenscrafters location in Franklin which had defective lenses. since the time I purchased I had moved to Murfreesboro and went to their location about them. Although I sat there and showed their manager Tony how every other pair of glasses, even that were older than theirs) were in great condition, I was repeatedly told it was my fault. Worst customer service. Won’t take my insurance card because it’s digital.
Terrible customer service never again! Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate the list can go on. This was the first and last time at this location.
I hate lens crafters! Every time I go there it's a headache. I called today to make sure they had my contacts in stock and told them I would be in to pay and pick them up later. I asked when they close and they said 7:00 (knowing I was planning on coming to pick up contacts). I show up at 6:40 and they say sorry we do all our money stuff at 6:30 so you can't get contacts. So tell people that if you know they are planning on coming in same day to get their contacts!!!!!! Incompetent!
Poorest service ever!! No one even says hello can I help you been here over an hour and can't even get anyone to wait on us!!!
