My family has always been going there for probably more than 15 years, today I called with an emergency and the girls who answered the phone ( I called 3 times) were pretending not to hear and laughing and hang up the call. When I used my daughter’s phone, a man answered and suddenly he could hear but was reluctant to help. Saying that their dr does not talk to patients on the phone. Diana was very helpful and welcoming! Amazing customer service from herself and the entire staff!
Kisha was fabulous!!! I needed help with my eyeglass pads. Kisha fixed two pairs for me. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and mostly patient with me. This LenCrafters is my go to now Thank you Keisha and Rene!!!!!
