My glasses broke so I came here to buy new glasses, but they told me it would take 2 weeks to get my prescription lenses.... i came here 3 years ago and they did same day lenses. apparently they've removed all their in store labs 2 years ago and just ship it all from their central lab. This is ridiculous, before they could just put lenses in a machine to make it match your prescription. They've gone down in quality. Definitely not coming back. It probably takes so long because they ship all their lenses from china.
Sat on my glasses. They adjusted them in 5 minutes for free!
Lisa is awesome, she got it done for me! i needed to swap lenses and they took of me 5-stars all the way!
All staff members were very professional, Jamie help me out after my eye exam. She explained my options with no pressure. Want to give props to Renee as he dealt with a customer who wanted to start an arguement, Renee's responses were cool and calm, as many customers were being help. Hoping all went well after I left.
