Diana is very patient and very knowledgeable on what she does . Also Dr Lam is the best. Explains to you in very simple terms that you can easily understand. They’re very passionate on what they do.
I walked in with a question asking if I could pick up frames, then they were more than hospitable extremely nice. The moment I mentioned my insurance the woman told me “we don’t cover that insurance you can exit through the door behind you” , it left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m glad I can’t get glasses there.
Diana and Kisha are the most amazing customer service professionals I have met in a long time! So helpful in my choices to save me money and get the best deal possible....I highly recommend this location over all others I have been to, and will definitely be going back to get a second p air!
