Had a great experience from the eye exam to ordering and picking up my glasses. The exam was fast and all the staff were very friendly. Diana was so nice and such a genuine honest person. She helped me pick out the glasses that worked best for me. Looking forward to picking out my next pair soon. Thank you Diana, Dr. Kim, and the other helpful LensCrafters staff.
When visiting for a routine appointment today, the individual at the front desk appeared to be impaired. He appeared confused with every question he asked and that I answered. He wiped his hands with the antibacterial wipe before wiping the equipment. Honestly, it was the worst Lenscrafters experience I have ever had.
Always friendly service
“Very bad customer service” I had to put a star because there is no other option, today around 1:30 pm I was there for more than 15 minutes waiting for someone to attend us, there was a man with a beard and a young girl on their computers and they ignored us all the time we were in the store, no one approached to assist us, then 2 more customers entered and immediately they helped them. I’m very upset whit the personal of this store , I won’t go back to this store anymore. Very disappointed.
